The Memories of Yours

The memories of yours will forever be embraced in my heart

You were the most beautiful scenery of my part,

It all started with a glance, so soft, so brief

A moment when my heart found its quiet thief

All about a mischief of mine

That pops up in my eyes and does shine

And a glance of yours,

I found my heart already pounding with a little love it bores.

 

Your flight had a perfect land

And that moment I found myself tied with your strand

The harder my heart gets force

The more I find the glimpse of yours

Like sunshine breaks through the gray

Your smile takes my breath away.

 

The time, it stops.

Uneasiness, it drops.

The aroma of love, it spreads all over the skies

The moment when he only looks into my eyes!

With a mind of disbelief, a heart filled with affection

And the unacceptance of me to our connection

I console my heart

Whispering softly, it’s just fate’s art.

 

The more I stop myself

Without any magic of an elf

The harder it refuses to dwell

Maybe, because of your spell

With the appearance of yours

My heartbeat stops and loses its source

Turning me completely red

And with that all my sorrows fade

One will love you with a feeling of affection

One will love you for your love and admiration.

 

But oh my reflective view!

Even if I don’t know why I should love you…

Every day I only loved you more and more

Even when we are on opposite sides of the shore.

 

I have loved you for ages

Without a sign, no gift, no pages

And no hands in mine

Oh, that those incline 

Yet still, my heart held fast true

Loving you endlessly, though you never knew.

 

My true love and cherished memories as vines

Engraved in the heart as rooted lines.

I think I like you more today

Than I did yesterday

With every moment, and each glance

My heart feels caught in this sweet dance

The memories of yours will never depart

Yet be embraced in my every part!
