Sunday Smells Like Brewing Coffee

What does every Sunday mean for us? Of course, it means differently to all of us. For some, it is a day of relaxation, by keeping away the idea of mechanical feelings and the drudgery born out of it in the office; for some, it is a day for spending most of the time in restaurants, pubs and malls; for some, it is a day for cooking delicious delicacies, after having charmed by the best cooking videos on YouTube; for some, it is a day for accomplishing all those pending tasks in their to-do lists: homework, projects, completion of unfinished novels or paintings, exercise, photography and so on; and for some it is a day that smells like brewing coffee put on the table asking for an eternal sip.

What I personally believe is that it is a day of not letting go a single moment in vain; rather putting everything under the lens of utility and productiveness with fun and excitement. Or it may be possible to create happiness in the lives of those people who have taken their lives as seriously as they have been punished to live their lives absurdly. It is a day to kill the monotony of the whole week preceded by. Neither is there any need to trouble yourself for trivial things, nor to fall a prey to your own overthinking.

Why cannot we take this particular day as something, maybe something aesthetic, which has a sort of healthy impact on our life? Yes, we can. It is not at all so difficult that we can never include in our single-day lifestyle, if not in the all days of a week. Creating a playlist for succeeding week, trimming and planting the plants in the garden or on the terrace, inviting friends at home to have a small party along with chorus songs accompanied with a guitar, crafting with the unused materials and doing all those things which appeal to our sense of beauty and joyousness.

As I have mentioned above Sunday smells like brewing coffee on your table and you should never let it go cold and undrinkable. Hold the coffee-cup of Sunday and finish it to the lees.
